Wow, I have not posted here in a little while…

… Yes let me give you a few tips!

 There are many opportunities out there that one you can participate in, but the main thing you have to do is stick with it. You can pay a little money or you can pay a lot of money, but what you have to remember in every opportunity is that you must be consistent and persistent. There are no get rich quick schemes.

 If someone tries to tell you they can make you money with out any effort, turn around and run. Rome was not built in a day and neither is your fortune. It takes money to make money, don’t let anyone fool you.

I have participated in many programs so I am speaking from experience and what I have found is that if you want to be part of a group that makes money it takes… W O R K!!!

Wow...so much to learn and so little time....

As I post more and more online and become more familiar with the internet workings....I find there is SO much out there to know....having said all that, let me introduce you to several different programs in which I am involved..hopefully that will make you more income than you are generating right now for giving up your most precious commodity...your TIME!!!!

Passive income is wonderful...it's like your washing machine...just SET it and FORGET it!!!  That is...until it is DONE!!!!  Then you take more action and get those clothes dry!!!

Two in one day.....a RECORD for me!!

Well this just goes to show what one can do if they truly are motivated and enthused about what they are doing!  I am learning how to better use this computer to my advantage and taking advantage of every opportunity to let everyone know just what I have my hands on here...who would have thought that this time last year, I would have been so far along....I love it and love learning!!

Thank YOU to all my mentors who believe in me and helped me to believe in myself....it all starts with ME...what I want and then find a way to make it happen!!  Yahoo!!!...

Oh, my goodness!  I am loving this journey I am on and learning so much along the way.  Being mentored by a millionaire and having a person to literally take you by the hand and show you the way to do this business has meant all the world to me!  It has given me confidence like I have never known before.

No longer am I shy to pick up the phone and call someone about my business...I know what to say, and how to say it....where to go when they have a question and can send them information at the touch of one button....we have such a great system to use to follow up with those with whom I speak!

The mentoring, the marketing, and the products!  A one, two, three...punch!!  Now I know that I can knock it out of the park if I just .....don't....QUIT!!!  I WILL DO THIS!!!

YES....again I am being mentored!

I am so excited to be able to say that I have finally found a home where I am being mentored in this industry called direct sales!  I have struggled learning how to present to someone a program that will provide a residual income...meaning that once you do the work, you get paid over and over and over again.  And so it is with network marketing IF you have and utilize a SYSTEM to help you get it done.  And I have finally found a team where I am being taught these things and I LOVE IT!  And I have the ability to teach others as well.  This is SO exciting for me.

Hard to believe it has been a year...

Almost to the day....when I last wrote on this blog post....lots has happened and so hard to believe that I can return and just pick up where I left off! And yet, it is great that this medium allows one to do just that and has been saved so that it can be reclaimed and used at will. So my blog tips and tricks can be seen and whatever I want to vent or promote can be inserted here and all I have to do is promote it...and then those who want to may respond to it and I will get notification. If I choose to rant and rave or write my book here, suffice it to say that I could send the link and anyone who had the link could view it! I am excited to find this and then to be able to share what is here with others. I know it is hard to get the info out to everyone but others need this information, too!! I will be trying to publish more often on this website, so stay tuned in!!

visiting family and celebrating Thanksgiving

Being retired from a J. O. B. is great in that you have lots more free time to devote to things you really consider important in your life that you were not able to do before you retired. I wanted to write more, visit more, and just live more than I was able to by having a J.O.B....now I can! Also working on a website so that I can "make some money" anywhere I go! I love to take my computer and phone and "work" no matter where I am...if I can log on for a short time or even just type away on my phone!! I love being mobile!! As long as I am able to be healthy and go without being sick, I am good!!

Take advantage of what you know...

I just finished reading an article about why everyone could become an "expert" in something. And I agree! There are many people that know lots more than I do about many things and I know a lot more about some things than others...I just sometimes refuse to share it for fear that they think I am trying to "show off"!! Well, things are going to change for me pretty soon, and I am going to become an expert and let others know what I know...regardless!! I have made up my mind to do it and once my mind is made up, there is NO changing it!! So, look out...here I come!! Don't say you didn't have fair warning....BE ready!!

wow, has it been THAT long?

Man, how time flies!  Just look at how long it has been since I started this blog and look at all that I have left undone...that's seems to be a trend in my life these days, one of which I mean to change!  Now I know it is hard for "a leopard to change its spots" and an"old dog to learn new tricks", but this old gal has "turned over a new leaf"...for the umpteenth time!!

Yes, I am starting to slow down now and put things in perspective again...it seems as the "pendulum swings" in my life I have to take the step back and readjust my lenses...looking at life through rose colored glasses is not all it is cracked up to be.  But I am constantly learning new things and that's what it is all about to me.  LIFE is a journey that has to be a constant set of changing experiences to which you have to adjust...and how we make that adjustment depends on the quality of our life.  I am at a crossroads and each day the decisions that I have to make are affecting not only me but all those around me and the ones I love...may God guide my every move.

Oh, Happy Day!!....

Man, have I ever had a happy day today....I feel great and good things are beginning to come my way.  I am going to be successful and will be able to reach the goals I have set for myself since last year!!  Now that just calls for setting more goals...and when I reach them, I will set some more.  A man's reach should exceed his grasp!!  At least that is what I tell my students...and now I am reminding myself.

make sure you are getting trained...

Yes, at some point in time, everyone needs training, or retraining!  Many people have the idea that they know it all.  Hardly!!  There aren't too many people around that are knowledgeable about everything, like they think they are.  All of us need training...and many of us have to be trained for the second, third, or fourth time..sadly, but we need it!

Any time you begin again, you need training IF it is something that is totally new to you.  There are many things that may carry over from one position/career to another, but many times there are certain aspects of a position that you won't know and do need someone to explain to you or you have to find out on your own.  When you can get help on these things, they learning curve is way shorter...and you can start to make money, if that is your objective for beginning the career in the first place.

I am trying to step out and do some things I have never done before even though I am a teacher by profession, teaching someone else to do something you've just learned is one of the best ways to get better yourself..improve by making the mistakes and learning from them..like blogging!!

I like to write and I need to learn how to express myself more succinctly!!  (new word!!)  So getting in and writing is the best way to learn how to blog and blogging about your new adventure, be in for profit or not, is a great way to help others.

I am so excited to be able to share so much of what I am doing with others...especially when it comes to my home based business!  I think everybody should have a home based business....even if you do have a J. O. B. ...just over broke, job!  It is a great way to have an outlet and once that outlet turns into making you more money than you are making on that J. O. B.....let it go!  I have always admired those who knew what they wanted and weren't afraid to go after it...especially if it meant they were going it alone for a while.  I guess the fact that I lacked the confidence in my own abilities to run my own company really kept me working for someone else all these years....but now I want to be my own boss and take my lunch when I want to and have days off without looking at the calendar!!  Much of that will come to pass if I but put my mind to what I want to do and then get after it.  And the same is true for you...you might need a mentor...so find someone who has been successful in your field and model after them...doing it your own way, but using them as a model!!  You will be successful...just keep on keeping on!!

Everyone has made a post for the new year and many have already broken their New Year's resolutions, I am sure. My goal for this year is to take action so that I can become better at
what I do...If I don't do anything, nothing will change.

I do hope that you have set some goals for yourself this new year and that you are already reaping the rewards from having taken actions to accomplish your goals. Everyone needs encouragement
and I am staying focused and listening to calls, webinars, reading books, listening to recordings on
my ipod...to keep me upbeat about my business. I am sharing with everyone I know and I am sure that it will pay off.
